Experience It

Set in 30 acres of rolling countryside, just 5 miles outside Derry, with quiet country lanes, enclosed arenas and social spaces - a place where you are free to express your emotions freely - calmer, happier, quieter.

Breathe It
Being in nature can slow your heart rate, reduce levels of stress and help our brain to orientate to calm and natural alertness. We are more likely to feel naturally present and curious about our inner landscape when we are supported by a natural landscape.

Feel It
Horses provide a window on how others experience us, how we are.  When we act or change our actions, they provide us with honest and immediate feedback.  They can help us to recreate a sense of wellbeing, away from the sessions and in our everyday life.

To book contact us with what your needs are, what your expected outcomes are, and if we can help we will tailor a solution to meet your criteria.

COMMUNITY VISITS, SCHOOLS AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT DAYS
Being around horses and other farm animals is a great way to get active and enjoy fresh air and green spaces.  We operate under 3 main pillars; Emotional Intelligence, Physical Benefits and Connection with Nature which provide a solid foundation for "Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing." Our farm animals are also on hand to offer support. Fun and engaging, our programmes are a fantastic way to learn  how to care for animals and respect nature, and contribute to wider personal and social development, wellbeing and in some cases resilience and robust mental health.

Suitable for individuals and groups our programmes can be designed for on foot activities and some horse riding but this is not essential.  We start by having a conversation to discuss what your needs are, desired outcomes and build the programme around these.  We recommend a minimum of 4 sessions up to 6 sessions and we all cater for one off sessions.  Prices start at £60 per session for 1-1 and £300 per session for groups.
